Andrew Smith has worked within accounting dating back to 2008 (after graduating from Texas A&M) working within public accounting, real estate, construction, and marketing technology.  Andrew eventually hung up his technical accounting skills to pursue the Venture Capital space.

Melissa Molinski is a Northern Illinois University Alum, CPA, and CMA who has worked within too many industries to count: Financial, Fintech, Tech Startups, Restaurants, Breweries, Entertainment, and taxes. She has worked on consolidations, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, acquisitions, and extensive historical financial record cleanup.  She has represented companies in IRS & State tax audits.
